I come from more then 20 years of experience in fashion, luxury and sportswear industries, with strong expertise in multichannel strategy and management with full P&L responsibility. I'm an innovative strategist capable of identifying and maximising opportunities to attract and retain customers whilst managing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand impact in competitive markets.
I'm now running my own studio and I'm taking the customer-focused business philosophy I've developed and apply it to the new realities of retail – increased competition and 24/7 online shopping.
The realities that I had the pleasure and honor to meet, scattered in different corners of the world, I initially wanted to feel and to understand them; then to analyze, weight and re-arrange. And lately bring them even ahead then the goals set. Because often talents, goals, tools already exist in each company: they just need to be boosted, enhanced and guided towards the Summit.
