"Working with Francesca was demanding but extremely productive: besides understanding the causes of certain situations and behaviors, she gave me practical suggestions to deal with difficult moments and to solve complex problems in a simple way.

The coaching path we developed together allowed me to discover my potential and improve my professional and personal situation. Progress was visible from the start, both in my relationship with colleagues and with my new team members, and brilliantly led me to a later promotion and to a wonderful friendship with my coach."
